Maybe it's the analyst in me, maybe it's because growing up money always felt scarce, so taking risks with it just wasn't an option. D-Wave is a believe-the-bookings-convert-to-revenue bet, not guaranteed, and the risk-reward is more balanced than at highs, so I'd want to get it maybe in the high teens.
