Therefore, in my view, the better CPU bottleneck trade is foundry companies. TSMC's bargaining power grows as wafers tighten and Intel has its own fabs, while AMD is hard to recommend, ARM's smartphone royalties will take a hit, and I doubt GUC can compete.
The stock remains undervalued, trading at below 20x 2026 P/E, making it relatively inexpensive within the AI sector.
